Given it’s stellar reviews on this instant read thermometer, it should serve you well. I’m not convinced that it would hold up long term in a professional kitchen environment being exposed to heat and moisture, but for a home cook this would be perfect! The bottle opener is a little cringy but having a magnet is actually a nice touch so that you can store it right on your fridge.
